Finds business opportunities and manages customer relationships. Directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of customer base.
Actively calls on and develops relationships with physicians, case managers, office managers, third party payers, and other referral sources in physician offices, hospitals and clinics within a designated territory. Educates referral sources on new services as well as changes that may impact their practice.
1.Works with marketing department and service line management to understand referral patterns, assists in the development of the marketing materials and marketing efforts.
2.Creates detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
3.Develops relationships with physicians and their staff, hospital and ancillary services leadership, community businesses and others as appropriate to capture opportunities for increased business/services, satisfaction and efficiencies.
Health care professional, such as RN, PT, MSW, or marketing degree with experience in at least one of the following: Home Care, Hospice, or DME.
Valid state driver's license, and a driver's record approved by the medical center's insurance agent for those employees who drive a vehicle as a requirement for the job.
Strong customer service and marketing background.
Experience in leadership roles.
