Position Summary:

This position promotes and sells logistic products and services to customers in the transportation industry and is responsible for generating new revenue for Truckstop.com. As an Executive Account you will build a market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business relationships.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Work in partnership with the Business Development team to engage with new customers.

  • Complete product demos.

  • Consult with customers to gather information and make product recommendations for their business.

  • Meet sales objectives by selling Truckstop.com products and services.

  • Use various computer systems/screens simultaneously to process sales.

  • Build and maintain strong customer rapport. Consult, multi-task, and problem solve with the customer.

  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline, accurately forecast opportunity outcomes.

  • Close sales opportunities at a high rate.

  • Manager will provide support as needed; weekly discussion to provide sales summary.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma, college degree preferred.

  • Experience in software sales, including presenting a sales demonstration to a client, especially via phone.

  • Experience in carrying and attaining a sales quota.

  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, including to both executive and technical audiences

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and use of office equipment

  • Preferred: Background in shipping and logistics

  • Preferred: Bilingual Spanish/English

Must be or become familiar with company products and navigate the company's programs and systems in a reasonable amount of time. Manage own time to meet department goals and deadlines. Maintain cooperative effective working relationships within the company. Exhibit at high level of professionalism, passion, ethics, trust and commitment to an upstart team approach.

Physical Demands:

Minimum physical exertion. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to sit, communicate, reach and manipulate objects, tools or controls. The position requires mobility. Duties involve moving materials weighing up to 5 pounds on a regular basis. Manual dexterity and coordination are required over 75% of the work period while operating equipment such as computer keyboard, mouse, 10-key calculator and copier/fax.

Work Environment:

The working conditions will vary between an office environment and a remote home environment. Ideal protected indoor office work environment and clean, non-hazardous work area. The noise level in the work environment is typical of most office environments with telephones, personal interruptions, and background noises.

Position Summary: The Sr New Logo Broker Account Executive will promote and sell Truckstop.com products and services to prospective customers in Truckstop.com's broker persona. This position will be responsible for attaining monthly revenue targets, maintaining a positive perception as the face of Truckstop in a specific geographical area, and managing a dynamic pipeline accurately. In addition, the Sr New Logo Broker Account Executive must have a professional level of knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to close. Essential Job Functions: * Source and convert viable prospects within your geographical territory to generate and convert sales leads to new Truckstop.com customers by understanding their business needs and making product recommendations for their business. * Receive pre-vetted new customer opportunities from Senior Business Development Representatives. * Own the full sales conversation and negotiation through to close with a primary focus on new logos/net new customer accounts. * Provide market research and best practices to enable the prospective customer to address business-critical decisions through data-driven research. * Effectively manage monthly quota by selling Truckstop.com products and services through a value-based approach. * Demonstrate proficiency in using various software platforms simultaneously to process sales and manage an accurate territory customer base. * Build and maintain strong customer rapport.
