Perform all aspects of account management, including developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with corporate/senior management staff in key accounts with the goal of establishing multi-level relationships to increase access, develop new business, maximize resource utilization, and increase sales and market share of the assigned product.
Key Responsibilities include :
Develops new accounts while providing positive patient and office experience to existing accounts. Manage and identify key target account opportunities. Develop account-level strategies to fully and consistently penetrate these accounts.
Strong selling skills required, including openings, probing, closings. Strong listening skills required.
Advise sales and marketing management with appropriate direction on challenges and opportunities within key target accounts.
Develop an annual business plan with goals and objectives to increase sales volume and market share in target accounts. Routinely identify local opportunities and threats and develop/modify business plans accordingly. Anticipate change and take proactive measures to address.
Understand and effectively utilize data and analyses. Assess business impact of target account opportunities to impact on sales.
Partner with key brand stakeholders, such as nurses, MSL, AMM, peers and KOLs to penetrate accounts.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Strong Sales track record is imperative
Demonstrated ability to network and partner effectively across functional areas.
Excellent organizational/project management and demonstrated leadership skills.
Proven record of managing multiple stakeholders in complex environments.Required to satisfy all applicable health care industry rep (HCIR) credentialing (cred'g) requirements to gain & maintain entry into facilities and orgs in assigned territory. Must be in good standing and/or eligible to obtain these credentials. These HCIR cred'g requirements may include, but are not limited to, background checks, drug screens, proof of immunization/vaccination for various diseases, fingerprinting & specific licenses required by states or cities
