The Job:

As an Inbound Account Executive, you'll be at the heart of our sales team, responsible for nurturing and converting inbound leads into satisfied customers. This role is ideal for a customer-centric sales professional who excels in understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in achieving our sales targets and contributing to our overall growth strategy.

What you will do:

  • Lead Management: Efficiently manage and respond to a high volume of inbound leads, ensuring a timely and professional first point of contact.

  • Qualification: Assess and qualify inbound leads to determine their potential, focusing on those with the highest likelihood of conversion.

  • Consultative Selling: Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, positioning our solutions as the best fit for their requirements.

  • Product Demonstration: Conduct compelling and informative product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits tailored to the prospect's specific needs.

  • Proposal and Closing: Prepare and present proposals that meet the prospect's needs, addressing any objections, and effectively closing the sale.

  • CRM Management: Diligently maintain and update customer information and sales activity in our CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product team to provide product feedback and collaborate on improving product competitiveness.

  • Customer Onboarding: Ensure a smooth handoff to the customer success team, setting the stage for excellent ongoing customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in an inbound sales role, preferably in the SaaS, technology, for SMBs.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

  • Proficient in CRM software

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
