What You'll Do
The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining new business clients within Ascent's Mobility Vertical. This individual's focus is to create strategic relationships with key Customers within the Mobility markets to strengthen Ascent's position in time-critical and premium logistics solutions.
New Business Development:
Builds and maintains relationships with logistic contracts through regular, in-person professional communications and travel, developing multiple contacts within the account hierarchy.
Identifying, pursuing, and securing new business contracts with a target value exceeding $10 million.
In-depth knowledge of the mobility sector or of similar fast-paced and dynamic industries.
Identify and create opportunities for Ascent's time-critical and premium transportation solutions.
Deliver compelling solutions for prospective Customers that create sustainable value.
Build strategic relationships with key personnel on various levels of the Customer organization.
Provide regular market updates and intelligence to the Customer.
Act as trusted advisor to the Customer and offer support for all transportation and supply chain related matters.
Travel Responsibility- 25-50%
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or 1 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Expertise and proven track record in Ascent's Mobility market.
