Our ideal candidate

You are comfortable with planning, executing, and reporting on your own transactional enterprise SaaS sales motion. You are quick, positive, proactive, and engaging. You excel in identifying prospects and providing them clear business value with Midaxos solutions. You drive urgency and immediacy. You are a team player who relishes coaching and constantly improving his/her sales skills. You are familiar with different sales approaches, e.g., Sandler and challenger. Using and learning modern sales tools, e.g., Salesforce, Sales Loft, Zoom Info, Calendly, are your strengths.

Your responsibilities

  • Contact and qualify prospects, leads, and sales opportunities, including outbound calling, emails, and social selling.
  • Identify their business challenges related to M&A and position Midaxos solutions to solve them.
  • Drive a systematic sales and nurturing process to win new customers.
  • Leverage Midaxos sales tools to support and report on the sales process.
  • Work closely with Customer Success and Account Management to ensure customer value.


Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelors degree.
  • 2+ years of closing experience at a transactional enterprise SaaS company, with a track record of hitting and exceeding the quota.
  • Enthusiasm, curiosity, and drive to learn and improve.
  • Good communication (e.g., writing, presenting, demoing) and with active listening skills.
  • Business acumen and comfort in interacting with VPs and C-level business executives.
  • Routine for proactive sourcing, time-management, CRM hygiene, and sales process management.
  • Ability to work at the Midaxos Boston office 3 or more days/week, with occasional business travel.

The successful candidate will be resourceful, inquisitive, a fast learner, with an ability to easily connect with a customer. You’ll be able to pick up new concepts quickly and empathize with the frontline and the boardroom.</p><ul><li>An Account Executive with exposure to the full sales cycle.</li><li>Able to build genuine trust with stakeholders at all levels, including within senior leadership teams and wider business stakeholders</li><li>Problem solver, excited by solving real business problems</li><li>Happy to challenge and coach the customer. Advise on how to buy, how to implement and able to identify the potential road blocks early on</li><li>Excellent discipline, fast to follow-up, always keep to deadline</li><li>Strong technical and digital skills, able to automate tasks using online tools</li><li>Knowledge of SaaS software, awareness of typical customer lifecycle within the sector</li><li>Knowledge of marketing principles, channels, metrics and automation</li><li>You will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding the goals you set.
