We seek an collaborative, strategic and entrepreneurial Sales Executive to grow new and existing business through consultative needs-based selling, creating campaigns that exceed customer expectations. The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving revenue goals through representing the Company's integrated solutions ensuring that digital campaigns are properly implemented, monitored and optimized. The product suite includes programmatic and direct display advertising, content marketing, search marketing, social media, digital video, targeted email, analytics & optimization, website development and creative services.

Develops partnerships with large local businesses providing assistance in reaching their goals through the creation of integrated marketing plans and providing comprehensive media solutions.
Grows market share through the combination of acquiring new business and increasing current client spend and client elevating satisfaction.
Utilizes CRM (SalesForce) and other reporting tools to forecast pipeline and analysis territory by effectively and efficiently recording all sales activity
Creates and executes account plans for each client that leads to a cohesive marketing strategy and integrated marketing plan.
Alignment to a focused level of account spend allowing concentrated time and resource investment to premier clients.
Identifies customer needs and build custom client solutions that differentiate USA TODAY NETWORK from competitors.
Partners with decision makers within corporate and matrixed organizations.
Leverages multiple USA TODAY NETWORK resources and partner to develop optimal client solutions across our suite of products, emphasizing our digital capabilities.
Serves as marketing consultant providing industry insights through up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
Prepares, or direct the preparation of sales presentations and specific sales proposals for advertising prospects and clients.
Articulates and present our suite of products to business owners.
Conducts face-to-face customer meetings, presentations, proposals and demonstrations.
Manage a specified sales pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
2 to 3 years' experience in a high acquisition, consultative, B2B sales role
Passion for finding solutions
Prior sales experience and preferred knowledge of digital marketing industry/concepts a plus
Proven success of increasing sales in a competitive marketplace
CRM sales management software experience with a leading platform, salesforce.com preferable
Excellent communication and presentation skills written and verbal
Strong team player who is assertive, goal-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to multi-task, handle pressure and work under deadlines
Proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
This role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the minimum liability insurance required by state law.
