JPC Partners is looking for an Account Executive in the Delaware to join our client's technology team. In this role, you will identify and secure new customers, as well as strengthen and maintain existing clients for company products and services.Responsibilities:
- Actively seek new business opportunities to sell the full range of products and services within assigned and newly formed accounts or territories to achieve revenue goal (emphasis will be on identifying new customers and sales opportunities)
- Build and maintains client relationships by acting as an advisor on industry trends and how product and service offerings can be leveraged for positive outcomes
- Anticipate clients’ needs and, in collaboration with marketing, consulting, and/or management staff, develop and present proposed solutions to client’s complex IT issues
- Identify and lead the pursuit of the targeted new business and contract expansion opportunities within current accounts
- Represent the company to the client and the client to the company in all sales related activities
- Monitor client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- As required, may participate in contract renewal efforts on large multi-year contracts
- Excellent knowledge of customer account management and proven experience in seeking and securing new business
- Information technology solutions / consulting services portfolio is a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
- Hardworking, persistent, and dependable
- Positive and enthusiastic
- At least three (3) years of B2B sales experience
- Proven hunting / prospecting techniques
- Technical sales experience required
- Proven sales experience with Enterprise and Commercial accounts
- Experience with complex consultative selling is a plus
- Sales experience with IT Infrastructure and OEM / ISV hardware/software a plus
- Experience with channel sales a plus
- BS/BA preferred
