Jobble is experiencing tremendous growth despite the global pandemic. The marketplace has quickly become a vital component for businesses in need of rapidly adopting a flexible workforce and has cemented itself as the go-to-resource for the now appropriately recognized essential workers.

Our business is growing over 100%+ YoY for the past 5 years with no contracts, the lowest fees in the industry, and minuscule direct hiring fees. Our sales cycle from first phone call to first shift is about 7 days, and 90% of our customers end up being retained long-term. Our businesses dont stick around because we have them locked into contracts - they stick around because we make it better, faster, and cheaper to quickly find the talent they are looking for.

Thats where you come in - we are looking for Account Executives to join our team in order to keep up with the group and drive additional new business. Were looking for team players with experience in SMB and Mid-Market sales, bonus if you have experience selling into light industrial. This is a rare opportunity, where the Business Development Team is scheduling over 80% of the meetings on your calendar for you, all you have to do is present and close them!

Responsibilities:

  • Run sales meetings booked by BDR team, where youll uncover the prospects pain and solve it with Jobbles solutions
  • Ensure a top-notch first experience with Jobble and obsess over expanding the account in the first months as a customer before passing to customer success
  • Fill in any pipeline gaps by prospecting and generating leads to hit quota
  • Provide accurate weekly forecasts and sales plans
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and operations teams to drive revenue growth with new customers
  • Utilize our technology tools and maintain great Hubspot hygiene

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years experience selling into SMB and Mid-Market accounts (experience in Light Industrial a plus)
  • A track record of success you consistently exceed your quota
  • Competitive mentality with the drive to be at the top of the leaderboard, but youre still a proven team player
  • Sales experience: this isnt your first rodeo

The Account Executive will focus specifically on connecting DTC brands and independent agencies with how Flip can offer smarter ways to buy, manage, optimize, and measure their OTT campaigns.
