As an Account Executive, IT and Cyber Services your efforts and success have a direct impact on the organic growth of both Emtec and your clients. You will leverage your network, marketing and inside sales resources to attract prospects, grow your pipeline and close business. Collaborating with Emtec's executive and delivery teams you will procure, design and implement technology strategy / solutions for enterprise clients to help them meet their business goals.

What you'll do:
Collaborate with inside sales, marketing and delivery to identify strategic customers and how to engage them
Connect with potential and current clients to understand their business, stay up to date on projects and prospect for new business ensuring profitability and revenue growth
Leverage your network and tools for lead generation
Document / track opportunities in Salesforce while adhering to sales process including but not limited to pipeline development and accurate forecasting
Develop partnerships with vendor field sales representatives and optimize the joint selling opportunities
Develop a new account base, establish relationships and close viable business opportunities to meet and surpass a $3M+ sales quota
Maintain a high-level understanding of Emtec's services
What you bring:
At least 5 years of experience in new account sales in IT services solutions with a particular focus on IT Service Management, Cyber Security and Compliance solutions which includes:
Enthusiasm to develop new relationships with customers and the ability to translate client business needs into solutions
Proven success in highly competitive new client acquisition and profitable sales growth
Demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles, achieve sales goals, and articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings
Strong complex sales strategy experience
Deep understanding of GDPR and PIPEDA to advise clients on compliance and help design solutions
Vendor knowledge of and relations with major alliance partners such as BMC, Digital Defense, Cybraics, VeraCode and Microsoft,
Competent Salesforce and Microsoft Office skills including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Solid understanding of common business practices in the areas of sales cycles, customer service, accounting, pricing, purchasing, shipping, and billing
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn concepts related to IT services management, Cyber Security, and IT Services solutions
Ability to accept feedback and adapt to it
Excellent observation, research, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit
Candidates should reside within an approx 50 mile radius of 1 of the following cities: Parsippany, NJ; Suwanee, GA; Charlotte, NC as the successful candidate's territory will be a blend of geographic account coverage from those offices and surrounding 2 or 3 states.
