IntegraMed is looking for an Account Executive to be responsible for ensuring proper utilization of the Financial Services products and service offerings at our designated Network Practices.

This position is based in the Purchase, NY office.

Account Management

  • Manage accounts with scheduled conference calls, emails and in-person visits.

  • Provide ongoing training and support of the Division's offerings to Network Practices and ensure appropriate Divisional and Company resources are available when other product offerings are introduced.

  • Monitor utilization of Division's products and services by Network Practices and train staff and physicians on how to maximize value from IntegraMed.

  • Create and execute account plans, including corrective action plan for under-performing accounts.

  • Represent company at appropriate business-generating events, trade shows and company functions.

  • Ensure customer experience is at a high level and that complaints are resolved in a timely manner.

  • Ensure that customers fully understand the value proposition and maintain and manage a mutual understanding of each party's expectations.

  • Understand, distribute and utilize reports to manage accounts.

Financial Management

  • Maximize utilization of Company offerings within designated accounts.

  • Enroll consumers into the Shared Risk Refund program in accordance with budget.

  • Monitor and report on volume trends.

  • Complete and submit expense reports on a timely basis and in accordance with budgetary guidelines, but no less than within 7 days of the end of each calendar month.

New Practice Sales Funnel Management

  • Prospect targeted fertility practices and support new business development activities

  • Present Integramed total value proposition to practice senior management

  • Develop & maintain relationships with key clinicians and practice leaders throughout the sales cycle.

  • Support Integramed Sr. Leadership new business development activities

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Maintain complete and accurate data on existing and prospective accounts, including success rate data, market analysis, volume trends and other competitive information necessary to successfully manage

  • Maintenance of clients/prospect information and all activities in Salesforce.

  • Prepare and submit monthly Plan of Action report highlighting key areas of opportunity/concerns and tactical plan for the coming 3-6 months.

  • Attend all scheduled Company meetings (in person or telephonically).

  • Assist in quarterly review meeting ("Audit") with Network physicians and administrative staff to ensure goals and performance objectives of both parties are aligned.

  • Maintain inter- and intra-departmental workflow by fostering a spirit of cooperation.

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

The Account Manager should believe in the Company's vision and have the knowledge, creativity and skills to effectively implement the product strategy at the practice level. Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding company. The skills and experience should include:

  • Experience in customer service and sales

  • Exceptional oral & written communications, and presentation skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Team orientation and demonstrated ability to work with physicians, scientists and health care providers across the Company's network

  • Focus on execution and a sense of urgency

  • 5-10 years previous sales experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical sales, diagnostics, biotechnology, or health care services

  • Account specific strategic planning, financial analysis, and negotiation skills

  • Relationship building , persuasiveness, and c-suite selling skills

  • Goal oriented; Self-motivated; Leadership

  • Requires up to 60% travel

Education

Minimum Bachelor's Degree; MBA preferred.
