Account Executive 'Big 4' Americas Regional Account Manager
Intapp is hiring an Account Executive (AE), to represent Intapp and manage our relationships with one of our key accounts, a 'Big 4' Global Accounting/Consulting practice. The AE will be responsible for the Americas Region, reporting to our Global Managing Director for this 'Big 4' client.
The AE is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing leads and closing new business within the Americas territory. In addition, they are entrusted with managing and Administering upsell and contractual responsibilities as well. In addition, they will be entrusted with introductions to potential new customers as well as growing sales within this 'Big 4' customer in the Americas, collaborating closely with our Global Account team leader for this account, and other team members.
The AE will be a trusted advisor to the client, educating prospects about our company and the value that our Professional Services platform delivers. Additionally, the AE will work with the client and Intapp's Client Success and Services Team to ensure success with their deployments and to achieve agreed-upon solution value expectations.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success, incorporating both hunting and farming skills. Prior experience selling multi-product software platforms to 'Big 4' or other top 10-20 accounting firms would be ideal as well as familiarity with the Professional Services Industry in general
Build relationships with current and potential customers in the defined territory
Educate new and existing customers on Intapp's Professional Services Platform, products and solutions
Identify and develop a pipeline of opportunities in the defined territory
Meet and exceed sales goals both new sales and add-on sales and upgrades
Support customer success projects. Lead efforts to improve relationships with at-risk customers
Lead account management to ensure annual renewals of customer agreements and support collections
Partner with marketing (press releases, case studies, speaking opportunities), strategic marketing and market research programs
Participate in reference and retention programs (such as users groups) and product development initiatives
Develop Strategic Account Plans in conjunction with the Global Client Managing Director and other team members.
Experience selling to 'Big 4' or other major top 10-20 accounting firms
Experience of solution sales methodologies a major bonus
Proven consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential. Ability to influence, network and engage key senior customer leaders
