A little about the role

As a Account Executive, Inside Sales team member in our Denver office, youll actively support the sales organization by seeking new business opportunities in your assigned territory. You will generate leads primarily through outbound activities that include phone calls, emails, and custom-built automated cadences. Software Consultants are responsible for having a working knowledge of the competitive landscape and should have a strong ability to compare and contrast competitors' product features with those from Procare.

What Youll Do

  • Conduct outreach to potential new clients via phone, email, other methods of communication
  • Use Salesforce daily to manage pipelines and communications
  • Manage the prospecting, scheduling, and communication around new lead appointments
  • Provide a great customer experience that aligns with the core values of Procare
  • Familiarize yourself with state regulations and norms in assigned territory
  • Maintain regular contact with prospective clients to meet their needs
  • Respond to potential client complaints and resolve issues, ensuring you communicate appropriately across departments and with your manager
  • Keep accurate data about your customer or prospect for clear understanding of the competitive landscape and the effective completion of a sale including implementation downstream
  • Promptly follow up on leads handed to the sales team
  • Provide a weekly recap of total appointments created
  • Review outbound content and metrics around current initiatives

Requirements

Our Ideal Candidate will have

  • 1+ years of sales experience in a high activity, outbound role
  • BA/BS degree in sales, marketing or similar relevant experience
  • Proven track record of overcoming objections
  • Experience with Sales CRMs, like Salesforce
  • Customer-focused approach to communications
  • Experience completed demos with prospects

Physical Requirements:

  • This position works most of the time in a fixed office location and may involve sitting and/or standing for prolonged periods
  • Frequently required to communicate verbally and in writing (mostly email) with customers, prospects, and other employees
  • Use of computer, telephone, and other office equipment for the greater part of the workday

Salary

$45,000-$55,000 base DOE, $150,000+ OTE

Location

This position is based in our downtown Denver office.

We are currently in a flexible hybrid in-office/remote working model based on local COVID-19 health regulations and business needs. While we are mainly working remotely now, this will eventually be an in-office position and candidates must be willing and able to (eventually) work from our downtown Denver office.

Position Description The Account Executive will support accounts in need of and in support of a broad spectrum of communications infrastructure. The successful candidate will develop customer relationships and drive sales of Connectivity, Colocation and infrastructure services to established accounts and contacts within the wholesale environment. The position is responsible to achieve sales and revenue growth targets through consistent account management activities, meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals set by the leadership team through aggressive selling. A demonstrated ability to succeed in an autonomous environment is key to this role. The ideal candidate has the ability to work on large, complex deals applying a consultative and trusted advisor approach. Responsibilities * Generate sales revenue by actively promoting Zayo products and services to targeted account patches. * Work with the current Sales team to develop account strategy, solution design, and relationship management on targeted accounts. * Manage high volume of work while maintaining a high degree of responsiveness. * Track, analyze and report on sales performance and activities in Salesforce and other reporting tools * Provide accurate and timely forecasts of sales opportunities. * Develop and maintain records of customer activity for reporting of sales and forecasts. * Provide accurate and timely information to management. * Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and revenue objectives met. * Collaboratively work as a part of a team while concurrently performing as an individual with minimal supervision.
