What You'll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)

  • Manage relationships with PMC (Property management Companies) Clients

  • Grow revenue, increase sales (current & new products)

  • Increase participation and utilization by PMCs

  • Report results to management

  • Coordinate Client needs with ePremium organization

Qualifications

What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Overcome objections in sales process

  • Public speaking for presentations and training

  • Develop Client needs analysis and present outcomes

  • Ability to maintain relationships at all levels of Client

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities

  • Collect competitive and market information

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities

  • Focus on high levels of customer satisfaction with clients

  • Strong analytical capabilities

  • Work with all levels of ePremium management team

  • Work in partnership with Sales organization

  • Leverage existing Clients for new/additional business

  • Leadership capabilities

  • Oral and written presentation skills

  • Ability and willingness to travel +30% of time

  • P&C Insurance License required

Education Requirements

  • Some college, advanced education or equivalent experience, with 4 Year College degree preferred
  • P&C Insurance license required (ability to obtain within 60 days of employment)
