WellSky is seeking an Account Executive for our WellSky Home sales team! This role will handle the full sales cycle and is focused on selling to existing home health, hospice and personal care clients. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organized, and thrives in a high-volume sales environment. This is an opportunity to join a growing and fun team within a great organization.
A day in the life!
You will be responsible for the following:
Generating consistent sales pipeline and opportunities through prospecting, networking, and marketing
Seen as a subject matter expert and regularly leading client demos and strategic selling conversations with clients
Effectively demonstrating and communicating value propositions for software and services to existing clients
Maintaining client relationships with senior client leaders to ensure high customer engagement and satisfaction with WellSky
Qualifying opportunities to ensure appropriate engagement, follow through, and commitment from targeted accounts
Ensuring a strong attention to detail in tracking, maintaining, and reporting sales pipeline, opportunities, and contact information in Salesforce
Generating proposals, and following up on contracts in a timely manner
Achieving individual quota
