HiTouch Business Services is full-service company with a network of local distribution centers in the United States. HiTouch Business Services provides a wide range of office productivity services in personalized and environmentally responsible ways. What you'll be doing:
Revenue responsibility of $1M year over year. This is the Facility LOB Consultant Quota/Budget which includes growing existing accounts in the areas of facilities/breakroom/lighting/safety all existing and new accounts.
Leverage sales methodologies to retain and grow customer base. This includes daily calls to the account base, daily/weekly virtual meetings, attending business reviews and sending follow up email with tasks and actions items for all.
Sell to customers to secure contractual commitments and work with clients to strategically grow account by selling Facility Solution products. Active prospecting and follow up into the HiTouch Business Services existing accounts are required.
Create and maintain account map to build growth plans and identify new opportunities
Utilize Salesforce on a regular basis to keep build, track and manage Facility opportunities to close/win or close/lose stage. Stage, financials, contacts, activities and notes all need to be kept up to date. customer data updated, manage a healthy pipeline and advance opportunities as they progress
New Business Development. Hunt, Close, and Launch new business year over year to grow base of business and offset any potential account churn.
What you bring to the table:
Experience and proven track record of selling facilities/ janitorial products into mid-size and large accounts
Experience in the Office Products industry with focus on facilities
Knowledge of 3rd party procurement platforms is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other software tools, including virtual presentation programs.
Ability to develop and deliver presentations
Consultative selling, solutions selling, insight selling, negotiation and client management skills
Ability to set targets, design growth plans and successfully execute
Solid business, and technology acumen
Ability to analyze customer data, business and industry trends to create tailored solutions for customers based upon HiTouch value proposition
Experience with Social platforms such as LinkedIn
Ability to function independently with minimal daily supervision
Qualifications:
What's needed- Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma required
College degree (preferred)
3+ years successful sales experience with complex large and enterprise accounts.
Must be adept at customer presentations with strong communication skills.
Must have experience negotiating programs with clients.
Must be proficient with Virtual meeting tools
Must be proficient with Salesforce
What's needed- Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in virtual selling
Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
