To be fully engaged in providing No Harm / Quality, Customer Experience, and Stewardship by representing Health First services to licensed physicians, practitioners and patient referral sources. To retain existing service line business and grow additional net volume in accordance with system goals set forth, while building strong, ethical business relationships.
Provide safe work atmosphere for self while traveling between calls.
Ensure safety and confidentiality of PHI information
Ensure safety and confidentiality of HFMG physicians' business tactics.
Follow targeting plan to develop alliance with assigned physicians.
Monitor and report on competitive activities throughout medical community,
Monitor and report physician service expectations and obstacles.
Participate in quarterly tactical sales meetings to establish future growth strategy.
Report daily call activity in Salesforce.
Achieve minimum call standards (8 calls/day) and assist with evening meetings as required.
Represent Health First in professional, ethical manner at all times
Responsible for building community relationships and representing Health First at both corporate and community events and sponsorships that will support health services growth.
Assist with the education and training of external and internal constituents on approved service line topics
Maintain monthly budget and follow compliance guidelines of spending policy.
Accountable to deliver budgeted sales and retention each year, in accordance with corporate objectives.
Achieve growth goal with assigned service line.
Four year college degree
Minimum 2 years medical experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Valid Florida driver's license
2 years sales experience preferred; medical sales preferred.
