Account Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join our Phoenix construction branch. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape construction, exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in sales and client relationship management. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction.

Highlights of what our Account Executive will do:

• Assist management with determining market strategies & goals for each product and service offered

• Research new customers and better understand existing, in effort to increase market share and probability

• Evaluate product & service in terms of our customers technical & manufacturing needs

• Follow up on leads hot and cold, and properly track and focus on all opportunities

• Maintains up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that effect target markets

• Establish and maintain industry contacts that attribute to sales process

• Create and maintain relationships with key decision makers

• Work with operations staff to turn over job(s) for proper installation, and assist thereafter, if needed

• Provide weekly updates to management about opportunities, challenges, contracts, and areas of focus internal or external

Are you the right fit for this role? Skills & experience that an ideal Account Executive would possess are:

• 3-5 years of relationship based sales experience (construction or related industries) is preferred.

• Strategic and analytical skills as well as the ability to think outside the box.

• Excellent people and relationship building skills, creative problem-solving capability, and excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Flexible work hours with the ability to attend events beyond normal business hours.
