As an Account Executive managing Financial Services clients your main priority will involve acquiring new customers and expanding within our current enterprise client base. You'll be responsible for crafting, guiding and implementing a territory strategy alongside a talented team of Customer Success Managers, Solution Engineers and Business Development Representatives. Together, you'll work towards fostering and enhancing mutually beneficial relationships with customers. Some of these larger clients include but are not limited to, Bank of Montreal, Sun Life Insurance as well as Prudential.

Ideally we are looking for candidates based in New York for this position
Responsibilities include:
Achieve quarterly and annual sales and growth targets, with monthly forecasting accuracy (+/- 10%)
Take ownership of pipeline development within your assigned territory - Collaborate with Business Development Representatives, Field Marketing, Partnerships Team, and oversee personal prospecting initiatives to enhance pipeline coverage in your territory
Lead the sales process with impeccable fundamentals to steer the buying journey to provide innovative solutions from Alida's products
Collaborate with sales ecosystem (Marketing, Professional Services, Product Management, DealDesk, and more) to drive profitable customer outcomes
Create and implement a territory plan as well as account strategies for key accounts in your designated area
Maintain organized and comprehensive documentation in Salesforce, Salesloft, and the sales technology stack
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure customer journey and touchpoints drive value, growth, and retention
What we're looking for:
Proficiency in both securing new business and expanding and existing customer base within the Financial Services Enterprise sector
Proven success in an enterprise SaaS sales role, with a history of exceeding quota performance and account gross retention goals within Financial Services sectors
Experience within the domains of User Experience, Digital, eCommerce, or Consumer Insights/Market Research
An exceptional communicator and a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced, changing environment
A collaborative team member and a competitive individual- we pursue goals collectively and celebrate success as a unified team
Experience winning large software and services deals within complex, multi-matrixed enterprises across a variety of industries (5-7 years)
Outstanding organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
Strong creativity, curiosity, analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfort in creating leverage and compelling incentive to successfully drive opportunities to close within a fiscal period
Proficient with Salesforce, Salesloft, 6Sense, Gong, Google Suite, Microsoft Office/Google Docs, and related productivity tools.
The typical base salary range for this position in the United States is $140,000- $150,000 USD a year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
