What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive you will sell Duo's security platform (including 2FA) to companies with more than 5,000 employees. As a premier and experienced SaaS sales professional with a consultative approach and a successful track record of growing both new business and expansion revenue, you will carry a $1M+ annual quota. You will enjoy working on a team with a high performance sales culture, while running a full pipeline, delivering results against your quota and maintaining productive client relationships at the Enterprise level.

Skills you have

  • You have at least 5+years of significant success selling SaaS/Security Solutions to the Enterprise (5,000 employees and above) due to your deep network of C-level contacts

  • You are fluent in and enjoy selling through the channel and you maintain tight-knit relationships with local and national resellers

  • You appropriately leverage your existing C-level relationships within the region to make an immediate impact on your quota

  • You take initiative by driving activity within your region through your own outbound efforts, demonstrating your network and strategically collaborating with assigned ADR resource.

  • You follow a structured and repeatable sales methodology

  • You have experience navigating a complex sales cycle

  • You possess leadership qualities, being humble and caring about your team. You also bring others with you in your success

For more information, visit The Highlights This Senior Account Executive will sell to the wholesale carrier segment across the Charter footprint. The carrier segment is defined as ILECs, MSOs, CLECs and other wholesale customers. The primary responsibility of this role is to successfully penetrate new or existing carrier accounts by developing relationships with prospective wholesale carrier clients and maintaining long-term relationships with current clients. What you will do * Develop, communicate and execute account development plans, including a multi-faceted, cross-functional contact plan * Project and maintain accurate sales and/or 90-day revenue forecasts and manage quota funnels * Penetrate new segments and accounts as assigned * Identify, qualify and develop long-term positive, professional relationships with carriers and related resources including the execution of nondisclosure and master service agreements * Manage relationships and position with carriers and strategic accounts to increase profitability * Coordinate with network sales engineer to create and present proposals that successfully meet clients' communications requirements * Collaborate with and provide direction to support teams that coordinate administrative requirements of the sales process * Present sales and channel performance to Charter executives regularly * Oversee entry of account progress into Salesforce database and complete paperwork and progress reports * Maintain and improve knowledge of Spectrum Enterprise products, services and market dynamics Required keys for success * Three years of experience in carrier/wholesale sales * Three to five years of experience in sales and major accounts * Demonstrated ability to sell enterprise-grade business communications solutions to large clients * Advanced knowledge of information system protocols ( SONET, ATM, Ethernet, frame, MPLS, TCP/IP) * Knowledge of network security and redundancy * Experience with solution or value software applications such as Salesforce * Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and negotiating skills * Find creative solutions to resolve complex or difficult problems * Maintain confidentiality * Prioritize and organize effectively * Communicate comfortably with all levels of management and personnel Your education Bachelor's degree in marketing, technology or related field, or equivalent experience What you can expect * Office environment * Exposure to moderate noise levels The Spectrum brands (including Spectrum Networks, Spectrum Enterprise and Spectrum Reach) are powered and innovated by Charter Communications.
