As an Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in DriverReach’s growth—not only in the development of leads, but also in the closing of deals and as the ambassador of the brand. You will be combining your tenacity and motivation with your passion to help others to spread the word on our ground-breaking framework.

Core

Responsibilities:

  • Research prospects and proactively contact to qualify, develop and convert into customers.
  • Follow-up and close with leads generated through inbound marketing efforts.
  • Grow business with existing customers.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to promote DriverReach.
  • Lead demos, webinars, and presentations regarding DriverReach’s value and benefits.
  • Utilize social media platforms (linkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to provide educational content, share industry news, establish relationships, and cultivate business opportunities.
  • Continuously demonstrate excellent presentation/communication/influencing/negotiating skills - both written and verbal.
  • Enhance the organization’s reputation by accepting ownership and exploring opportunities to add organizational value.e

You:

  • Strongly desire to win as an individual and as a team
  • Speak clearly and persuasively and can confidently present/negotiate/influence/communicate over the phone and through text
  • Have sales or recruiting experience, preferably in the transportation industry
  • Have proven experience qualifying and converting prospects into warm leads

You will be expected to aggressively develop your own prospects. * Reach or exceed assigned sales quotas and quarterly targets. * Implement sales strategies (we'll teach you). * Develop and execute a cold/warm calling strategy to target key prospects * Establish and maintain good customer relations, both internally and externally. * Connect a customers' business need with a Return Path product and service. * Plan and execute effective sales calls. * Write effective proposals, which address the needs of the prospects and outline a profitable solution for both prospect and Return Path. * Negotiate pricing and contract terms for long-term relationships. What does it take to be successful in this role? * Minimum of one to two years of sales experience with proven proficiency in selling and presentation skills (written and verbal). * Strong selling approach including listening, teaching, asking specific questions to prompt thinking from alternate perspectives. * Experience in having some sort of sales quota and having been successful in meeting it. You're goal oriented and highly ambitious. * Rigorous pipeline and sales process management, negotiation and analytical skills. * Aptitude for acquiring sales skills and product knowledge. You like digging into the details of something pretty technical so you can clearly speak to it with your customers. * Organized with effective time management skills. * Committed to building a career path.
