Zeno Chicago is looking for an ambitious digital specialist to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate will have a mix of both content and paid social experience, including working on top brands. This person will be responsible for helping drive the day-to-day execution of client programming and ensure the team stays on-track with performance.
This role will play a key part in some of our biggest social media clients, helping to develop creative content ideas and deploy via various paid social channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. This candidate should have at minimum a foundational understanding of paid social media and be interested/willing to grow in this space. Because of this, we are also looking for a candidate who is analytically-minded and likes getting in the weeds on performance data to uncover trends and learnings.
As an Account Executive on our digital team, you'll also be responsible for articulating creative concepts for brand social channels based on target audience, brand positioning/category and social channel best practices. This will include ideas for visual execution, along with copywriting.

2-4 years of experience in a digital or social role
Minimum of bachelor's degree in journalism, PR, marketing, or other related field
Experience in creating social media content, whether ideation or production
Stellar copywriting skills, including experience writing social copy for brands
Experience with amplifying social media content using paid on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, preferably using data-driven tactics (e.g. retargeting, lookalikes, etc.)
Experience playing a key role in measurement efforts for a social and digital programming, including calculating benchmarks, engagement rates and synthesizing data to demonstrate impact
Excellent time management skills and highly organized, with experience working simultaneously on multiple clients
Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications, especially Powerpoint
Experience with top consumer brands
Experience with paid publisher partnerships/integrations
Experience with paid social campaigns that drive ecommerce
Experience across display, SEM or SEO
