Position: Account Executive, Digital Banking

Location: Northwest of USA

Grade: 13

This role will cultivate CFI decision maker contacts from referrals, personal research, and corporate marketing campaigns. You will engage those contacts through orchestrated touch patterns including phone, email, on-site visits and social media.

The goal is to discover and advance leads through the sales stages, utilizing NCR's Digital Banking sales methodology. You must be a hunter, accustomed to developing and closing new business. This is a role for a highly experienced individual in enterprise technology sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research accounts, build a business plan to understand targets, create communication plans, and generate prospect interest.

  • Perform outbound sales activities such as introductory calls, prospect visits, tradeshows and lead validation discussions.

  • Proactively look for opportunities to engage Marketing to influence campaign planning and optimize the inbound lead management process.

  • Build relationships internally and externally and effectively communicate with prospects to positively influence deal progression

  • Educate prospects on Digital Insight's value proposition and product capabilities.

  • Track all sales activities using Salesforce.com.

  • Meet or exceed quota metrics for growing the Digital Banking pipeline (3X) and new annual contract value.

  • Partner with NCR leadership and finance teams on winning pricing models and strategies.

  • Partner with NCR Contracts and legal on negotiating terms and conditions of service agreements with prospects in sales.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience

  • 5 years+ of Software Sales experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry.

  • Executive level verbal and written communication.

  • A contagiously positive, self-starter attitude.

  • Strong desire to achieve goals and share what works in a highly collaborative environment.

  • Outgoing personality and the ability to engage prospects easily over the phone, in email, and over social media, as well as onsite.

  • Provide presentations to decision makers and executive level participants.

Position Overview The Vendor & Partner Relationship and Delivery Manager is responsible for synchronization across the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Digital Organization, the CRE Sub LOB, CB & CRE Control Officers, and the Third Party Oversight (TPO) organization, while providing direct oversight over multiple Third Party Providers that deliver services within CB and to clients of the CB. The role will analyze, onboard, life-cycle manage and disengage as appropriate all third party relationships entered into with the CRE Digital organization. Core Responsibilities: Onboarding: Initiate and complete all onboarding activities as required by TPO, for engagements that will provide services or benefits to clients of the firm, complete the required assessment to determine eligibility for non-TPO onboarding and manage accordingly. Business Oversight: Must be a subject matter expert for Third Party provided services. Oversee vendor activities and bridges the relationship between the third party and Chase. Includes ongoing dialogue and communication with the vendors and Business through regular meetings, emails, telephone calls and formal vendor communications and notifications along with Monthly Vendor Metric review meetings. Issue Management: Monitor Vendor relationship in order to mitigate potential risks before they arise and/or address issues as they occur. Partner with Control, Legal, Compliance, Sourcing, TPO and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) teams in order to ensure the appropriate level of oversight is in place and the vendors are meeting business and contractual requirements. Resiliency: Set, assess and manage expectations with third party for business resiliency and disaster recovery to support Chase services. Document internal preparedness in order to mitigate Chase disruptions during events impacting third party service. Complaints: Demonstrate commitment to stakeholder satisfaction and applying best in class business practices while mitigating reputational risk. Contracts: Facilitate and ensure fully executed, current Contract, Schedule(s) and/or Amendments are on file with Sourcing. To include measureable SLAs and or KPI's (including quality) and the expectation the metrics will be provided and reviewed monthly, incentives/penalties, pricing schedules etc. Ensure all services currently provided are covered. For engagements that qualify for a non-TPO process, ensure the LOB legal and operations partners are engaged to support any contracts and agreements. Financial Viability: Ensure Third Party Providers are financially sound in order to minimize risk. Performance Monitoring: Overarching continuous management of Master Services Agreement (Schedules) and all of its parts. Ensure Invoices are paid by the Business timely and ensure financial aspects of the contract are correctly fulfilled. Assessments: Onsite representation of Chase and our culture of Controls/Risk Management from pre-assessment through any remediation plan closure. Remediation Plans (RP): Understand the context of the RP and any risk involved. Manage completion of the RP and the risk exposure to the firm.
