Account Executive, Delta Private Jets
Role and Responsibilities
CAE-DPJ ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Maintain the relationship between CAE and its partner Delta Private Jets (DPJ) to deliver quality service and ensure schedules meet the needs of the partnership. Coordinate and schedule required crew member training events per the requirements of the Training Coordinator Supervisor and DPJ agreement with CAE. Ensure all crewmember training records are complete, accurate, and processed according to the database management requirements. In this role, the CAE-DPJ ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE will build client intimacy by ensuring a positive client training experience.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
Responding to the client with a confident and timely solution being creative to avoid conflicts and ensure a seamless training experience from booking to course completion
Working with leadership and team members to mitigate any possible negative impact on the client
Being proactive by anticipating training needs of the client by making the best decisions to ensure proper revenue mix, customer needs and instructor availability
New customer onboarding
Proactively retaining customers by utilizing the retention process
Ensuring proper customer touchpoints are met between training events
Coordinate and ensure all client issues are addressed and resolved
Specific Delta Private Jets responsibilities
Schedule crew member training facilities based on training needs defined by the Training Department or Pilot Recruiting Department as necessary
Schedule specialty curriculum training for crew members as required by the DPJ Training and Flight Operations Manual
Coordinate travel logistics and changes as scheduling and operational needs dictate
Prepare and issue each training center authorization (TCA) for all Part 135 training to ensure training occurs in accordance with the DPJ Training Manual and applicable Safety Department recommendations. Review crew member records and process complete records within appropriate database locations
Maintain list of approved Training Center instructors. Coordinate with the DPJ Manager of Training to approve and/or modify the approved instructors within Training Center programs. Maintain list of approved Training Center Evaluators. Coordinate with the DPJ Training Coordinator Supervisor to approve and/or modify the approved Evaluators within Training Center programs
Assist with coordinating the addition of new training programs to Ops Specs
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned by the Manager of Training, or higher authority
Responsible for Computer Based Training (CBT) course records and notifications
Notify CAE that one or more Management Training Events have been scheduled prior to the Managers arrival date for training
Associate's Degree Bachelor degree in job-related field
Minimum of 2 to 5 years of sales and/or customer service experience
Account management experience
Have a working knowledge of training manuals and/or FAA regulations that apply to flight crew training
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Adobe suite experience a plus
Ability to perform and shift priorities in a busy and deadline-oriented environment
May be required to work some weekends and holidays
Attention to detail, great communication skills, problem solving
