DailyPay is looking for an experienced sales leader to join our growing sales team. In this role you will develop relationships with companies and be responsible for securing their business. This sales role is fast paced and transactional with a short 1-3 month sales cycles, requiring strong business acumen and presentation skills.

What You Will Do:

  • You will become a DailyPay product maven and perfect your DailyPay presentation skills

  • You will grow relationships with qualified leads, and manage the relationship from introduction (from our SDR team) to close

  • You will focus on deals that are an average contract size of $100k+ ARR ( or with businesses with 2500+ employees) and will transition these deals from close to the Partner Success Team

  • You will communicate and present regularly to C-suite and VP level decision makers, ensuring that they understand the value that DailyPay would provide to their organization

  • You will be responsible for meeting (and exceeding) a set monthly quota

  • You will report directly to the VP of Sales

What You Bring To The Role:

  • 4-7 years experience in B2B inside sales preferred but will consider B2B outside sales experience as well

  • Proven success at meeting and exceeding quotas

  • Preferred industry experience: HR Product/Service enterprise sales or SaaS enterprise sales

  • You have experience successfully developing and managing relationships amongst key stakeholders and C-suite executives (ie CEO, CFO, COO, CHRO, VP of HR)

  • Demonstrated success in selling to multiple decision makers and/or across several departments

  • You are passionate about enabling our partners and our company to reach new levels of success

  • You understand and are excited by the impact you, as a critical part of this company, will create

  • You are very detail oriented and a quick learner

  • You are a positive person and are hungry to close business and grow with an organization (not job hopping)

  • Possess strong interpersonal and presentation skills

  • You enjoy working in a fast paced environment, and thrive in a space where you are constantly growing and enjoy reaching new levels of success

This role will require a focused individual who is persuasive when presenting at an executive level. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent negotiation and communication skills, with excellent agency contacts at Account Manager level and above. They will also need to build and develop Vibrant’s relationships with our core clients.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><em>The successful candidate will have proven experience and skills in the following area</em>s:<br></p><ul> <li>Minimum of five year’s media experience, preferably online advertising sales.</li> <li>Excellent understanding of the digital ad community from an Advertising and Publisher perspective.</li> <li>Recent Technology, Automotive or Health Account Experience would be a big plus.</li> <li>Sales Experience with a Small Brand (i.e. vs WSJ or Google, for example).</li> <li>Ad network experience (i.e. vs owned and operated sites).</li> <li>Recent Direct IO Business.</li> <li>A quality contact base.</li> <li>Ability to develop and share initiatives with the business.</li> <li>Honestly and accurately forecast revenues.</li> <li>Effective and inventive use of T&amp;E to generate accountable ROI.</li> <li>Develop client and agency strategies to maximise long-term revenue.</li> <li>Working towards deadlines established by the SVP of Sales &amp; Operations, in accordance with Vibrant Media’s commercial objectives. </li> <li>Computer literate, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint packages) with the ability to produce key documentation of a professional standard are crucial to the role.
