Job Summary:

Assist the Corporate Sales team with increasing corporate memberships and providing high quality service to existing partnerships in DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

Essential Function:

  • Deliver the Ultimate Experience to Every Member, Every Time

  • Travel to US Fitness club locations in DC, Maryland, and Virginia

  • Assist in managing the Corporate Sales & Wellness department's strategies and processes

  • Assist the Senior and Regional Directors of Corporate Sales & Wellness in accomplishing the department goal to increase corporate sales in the DMV Region

  • Assist with implementation plan for existing corporate accounts

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the growth of existing corporate business for your individual portfolio

  • Act as a corporate sales advisor for specified clubs and lend support when needed

  • Negotiate directly with high level decision makers

  • Meet all assigned goals

  • Align wellness services with company needs and define short term and long-term goals

  • Create an enthusiastic atmosphere to achieve excellent deliverables, projects, processes and efficient outcomes

  • Develop relationships with club managers and leaders and be familiar with company policies and procedures to best serve corporate partners

  • Raise performance standards and eliminate barriers to higher performance

  • Generate creative solutions that optimize the corporate partner experience, drive partner loyalty, and work to remove corporate service barriers

  • Assume other duties as assigned

  • Work mornings, evenings and weekends as necessary

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills

  • Strong work ethic that includes punctuality, organization and attention to detail

  • Ability to maintain a friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude

  • Confidence and desire to create new relationships quickly

  • Willingness to work flexible hours

  • Ability to quickly acquire and apply new knowledge and skills

  • Ability to handle challenging customer experiences with patience and professionalism

  • Ability to manage members effectively

Required Experience, Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred

  • Previous experience in a wellness or fitness related field preferred

  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales role preferred

  • Valid Driver's License

If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.

  • The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work).
