Contegix is a strategic advisor for digital applications that improve the customer experience. As a Managed Service Provider, we specialize in Content Management Systems (CMS) like Drupal and WordPress, the Atlassian toolset, DevOps tools, and IT administrationall in the private or public cloud.
Contegix has an immediate opening for an Account Executive who is a self-motivated sales professional responsible for expanding revenue in their account base and driving new market share in their territory. Qualities key to success include a hunter mentality, strong work ethic, and a passion for winning. The Account Executive is a peer leader on our high performing team as well as trusted consultant to the clients we serve.
Provide account management and sales coverage for assigned accounts
Ensure client satisfaction
Maintain positive and active client relationship with 2-3 executive decision makers within the account. Provide valuable touch-point at least twice each month with client contacts.
Support Contegix Client Delivery Manager or other services owner who focuses on Contegix Service Level Agreements and Contract Deliverables for the account.
Communicate account status regularly and escalate business concerns to Senior Leadership Team regularly. Escalate service and technical issues to Operations Leadership.
Maintain and grow existing contracts and account services revenue
Maintain and grow wallet share of product purchases
Identify new opportunities for services, contracts and products sales. Develop and close opportunities that extend Contegix relationship
Be a Leader
Understand client companies' businesses and priorities. Understand individual client contacts and their personal measures for success. Position and educate clients regarding ways Contegix solutions will provide value, address priorities and contribute to success
Encourage, seek to understand, and celebrate successes with Contegix teams serving the account
New Account Growth
Identify, market to and seek to establish Contegix relationship with an assigned list of prospects, as well as prospects you uncover
Prospects will align with ideal client profile and have propensity to buy solutions within the Contegix portfolio
Create opportunities target and connect with prospects and clients, explore needs, and qualify opportunities. Load opportunities into the CRM pipeline tool and update status throughout lifecycle of the opportunity
Manage opportunities allocate resources to qualified opportunities to provide advice and propose options. Manage the sales process through closing
Must be comfortable and effective calling at the Executive level (CEO, COO, CFO, EVP, CIO, etc)
Must be effective working in a consultative sales methodology that provides business value to client
Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle a variety of customer situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy
Must be able to recognize and recommend solutions to various challenges and technical situations
Work requires continual attention to detail and documentation and tracking in the CRM tool
Work requires ability to prioritize tasks and be responsive to clients and team members
Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule
3-5 years' experience preferred
