As the Territory Manager for Cardiopulmonary, you will work side-by-side with your Regional Manager, not only to maintain our existing momentum but grow your business in a very highly penetrated market. This role is a great opportunity for growth, but it is no easy task.
Realistically, you will need a minimum of 3 years of experience selling cardiopulmonary or a related medical device. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is a must.
In the end, your personality is an essential determining factoring of success in this role. Adaptability and the Drive to overcome adversity will get you far. We are expecting this person to hit the ground running from Day 1.
For this to happen, you should possess meaningful expertise and significant experience in cardiopulmonary and cardiovascular products and perfusion therapy. You should have the skills to build great relationships with perfusionists, cardiovascular surgeons, surgical nurses, hospital administrators, and company employees at all levels.
