Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Has both account management and production responsibilities--hybrid role.
Has both renewal/retention and new business goals.
Responsible for the combined functions of the development and successful acquisition on new business revenue from new and existing clients and providing a high level of client service to assigned accounts.
Has limited discretion to vary from established procedures, performs standard tasks using established and routine methods, principles, concepts and procedures typically on assignments of low complexity, and typically works under close supervision and guidance.
Non-supervisory/Typically introductory/ Developmental role.
Bachelor's degree OR
High School Diploma/GED and 5 or more years related experience required.
Understanding of the insurance brokerage business and customer service processes/tasks.
Good verbal communications skills.
Is receptive to coaching and mentoring.
