Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our clients.

  • Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with clients.

  • Drive deals to closure in a new business environment.

  • Retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers.

  • Understand Amazon's display advertising opportunities and tools to help build relevant advertising solutions for our advertisers.

  • Utilize Sales CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve quarterly quota goals.

  • Understand and learn about the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings.

The Account Management teams control the flow of all aspects of our client campaigns, from strategy to execution, all while working with our Performance team to meet client goals. </p> <p><br></p><p>HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED:</p> <ul><li>Within 1 month of start date:<ul> <li>Be able to proficiently use project management software to communicate budget changes, troubleshoot, and test campaigns internally with minimal supervision</li> <li>Be able to update analytics files daily, incorporate optimization metrics, and assess overall campaign performance</li> <li>Synthesize and translate reportable campaign data into comprehensive decks for client presentation</li> <li>Use project management software autonomously </li> <li>Perform comprehensive analysis of performance data, identify key campaign audiences and manage campaign budgets</li> <li>Craft strategic narratives of performance data, bug fixes and manage almost all written client communication</li> </ul> </li></ul> <ul> <li>Within 3 months of start date:<ul> <li>Use project management software autonomously</li> <li>Craft strategic narratives of performance data, bug fixes and manage almost all written client communication</li> <li>Perform comprehensive analysis of performance data, identify key campaign audiences and manage campaign budgets</li> </ul> </li> <li>Beyond first 3 months:<ul> <li>Autonomously manage 3-5 client campaigns</li> <li>Manage internal project teams</li> <li>Work with senior managers to determine and execute client-specific strategies<br> </li> </ul> </li> </ul><p>THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: </p> <ul> <li>At least 2 years of experience in a role that combines analytical rigor with client-facing responsibilities and communications, or exposure to same</li> <li>Familiarity with online advertising, specifically Facebook Analytics, and at least $500k per month in media spend across 1-2 clients.</li> <li>Experience could be either at an agency or a client<br> </li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree, and you must be able to supply college transcript showing comfort and interest in quantitative analysis, statistics, and/or research methods (it's not a requirement that you majored in any of those, however)</li> <li>Outstanding ability to communicate and interpret data to others, telling a story about test results</li> <li>Composure when the client asks the tough questions</li> <li>Strong attention to detail</li> <li>Analytical mindset (Math, Economics, or Finance background)</li> <li>Masterful Excel proficiency (V lookups, Pivot tables)</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Salary commensurate with experience</li> <li>Unlimited PTO</li> <li>Medical, dental, vision insurance, short and long term disability coverage, 401(k), along with employer contribution to commuter account.</li> <li>Company culture -- Work hard, be weird.
