We are searching for a highly motivated and extremely competitive Account Executive to fill a key role in the city of Bryn Mawr and surrounding area. The primary focus of the Account Executive will be concentrated on building relationships with referring physicians and office staff. As an Account Executive, you are responsible for developing new leads through cold-calling, establishing new clients, as well as maintaining and growing business from existing accounts.


  • 90-day guaranteed salary built on experience

  • Manage and develop a territory of referring physicians

  • Work well with your own clinic staff to ensure that physician offices and patients are receiving quality care



  • Minimum 2-year college degree; 4-year degree highly preferred

  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance

  • Medical experience a plus but not required

  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply

This position will be based in Wayne, PA. Responsibilities: * Collection of delinquent loans (primarily 1-29 days delinquent) in compliance with CFPB, FDCPA, and state/federal laws and regulations by contacting customers via phone, email and written correspondence * Document and update in detail all pertinent information related to the collection activity performed * Effectively utilize all available resources (the Internet, loan application, Nautilus imaging system, etc.) to locate contact information for delinquent customers * Defuse potentially adversarial communications with professionalism and excellent customer service * Prepare and mail required delinquency letters, i.e. FNMA 745, PA Act 91within prescribed time frame * Report delinquencies to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HAMP within prescribed time frame * Prepare information to be sent to GRID Financial for loan modification processing * Assist Collection Manager in preparation of monthly or quarterly management reports * Be accountable for actions and complete work in a timely but accurate manner * Order inspections, BPO's, credit reports, property searches, and appraisals, as necessary * Process bills for payment. Submit and follow-up on expense reimbursement from FNMA and FHLMC * Prepare and maintain legal files for foreclosures, bankruptcies and loan modifications * Work with Commercial Asset Recovery Management to develop and maintain procedures and provide administrative support * Office maintenance – order supplies, file organization, document imaging & storage * Participate in meetings, projects and other duties as assigned Requirements: * College degree (Associates or 4 year), 2 years banking or collections experience * Working knowledge of loan products and core system * Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong ability to multi-task with a fierce attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving abilities * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Excellent customer service skills, professionalism and positive attitude " Back to All Career Opportunities Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation Bryn Mawr PA
