Account Executive Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual that will sell professional consulting services and targeted software solutions by building relationships with new clients and strategic partners.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for achieving revenue goals by selling Abilis' professional consulting services and our software solutions.
You will have overall responsibility for your accounts and will be expected to lead the sales process to drive wins and engage Consulting Services and Partners to deliver successful projects. In this role, you will work directly with designated architects, project managers and business analysts to meet revenue objectives. Key accountabilities include:
Client Relationship Management Build client relationships, deeply understand business and technology needs, build trust, and earn the right to solve ever bigger problems over time.
Partner Relationship Management Build relationships and trust with strategic partner sales staff and executes sales process in win-win fashion.
Opportunity Management- Manage opportunities through the sales process from prospect to close by developing need/solution/cost/benefit proposals and selling the value to close clients.
Business Management Funnel development and pipeline management to achieve revenue goals.
Proven sales success and expertise in selling solutions
Ability to make confident recommendations at C-level, business decision makers.
Proven ability to work well with partners to achieve sales goals for mutual benefit
Industry knowledge, ideally with experience in multiple sectors and industries
Executes recognized sales methods, processes and tools
Sales and business background, with 5-10+ years of technology-related experience
Proven ability to lead, build trust and be highly credible across levels of organizations.
A Bachelor's degree with is required; MBA is preferred.
