Harvard Pilgrim Health Care is currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our organization as Account Engagement Specialists. The Account Engagement Specialist is responsible for examining account specific analytics to determine account engagement and partnering with Account Executives to identify engagement strategies for Key Accounts and Municipal Accounts.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Examine account-specific analytics to determine current account engagement level and recommend engagement initiatives to the Account Executive. Be a bridge between Informatics and Account Management to identify additional account analytics that will drive engagement and ensure retention.
Work collaboratively with Account Executives to prepare for quarterly and annual meetings with Key Accounts and Municipal Accounts. Join the Account Executives in external meetings when appropriate.
Develop & nurture relationships with Key Account contacts to become point of contact for day to day service issues.
Develop expertise about assigned Key Accounts and resolve escalated issues in partnership with the Account Executive
Gain deep knowledge of Harvard Pilgrim products and services to recommend account engagement initiatives.
Perform out-of-the-box thinking, collaborate with others, and make a difference every day!

WHAT YOU NEED:
College degree or equivalent experience; 3 years of experience in the health care industry
Analytical skills; ability to interpret data and make recommendations
Understanding of health insurance and health plan offerings
Strong communication skills; ability to influence through communication
Resilient, collaborative, flexible, innovative.
