The Account Director serves as a trusted advisor and lead strategist while leading the day to day relationships for their clients and guiding cross-functional teams. The Account Director is responsible for developing and strengthening client relationships at all levels. The ideal candidate is passionate about finding the intersection of a companys business objectives, marketing strategy, and the services Lev provides.

  • Serve as a business strategist for clients and become engaged in their business by understanding their key KPIs and objectives and providing value
  • Engage in consultative sales through opportunity identification, contact strategy development, and expansion into other business units
  • Accelerate business by facilitating client on-sites, conducting fiscal year planning, leading roadmapping activities, managing quarterly planning, and completing quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
  • Utilize forecasting, annual goal/budget setting, accounting planning, and P&L management processes to ensure continued account health
  • Develop sales documentation and engage in pitch, proposal, and statement of work (SOW) development
  • Manage active engagements through onboarding, program planning and management, annual review sessions, escalations, and monthly calls
  • Build and maintain active relationships with key client stakeholders at senior and mid-management levels; understand clients signing budget, organizational structure, decision committee, and fiscal/quarterly budget timing
  • Lead internal client teams and manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure clients achieve value from their Salesforce investment
  • Partner with the Sales team on selling with a retention focus
  • Collaborate with Marketing on customer-centric communication
  • Contribute to building Levs culture



  • 5+ years of agency and/or consulting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar field, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel frequently to client locations throughout the US


  • Salesforce and/or Marketing Cloud experience
  • Digital marketing or marketing technology background

Our ability to build commercially successful interactions within such organizations will be critical to securing a long-term, industry leadership position. The Strategic Account Manager will guide our work within existing strategic accounts as well as establishing a platform for success on new ones. As provider structures consolidate and elevate vendor responsibilities, especially around prevalent and expensive chronic disorders, this leader will analyze, modify and implement our approach to our targeted, strategic customers. You are responsible for (but not limited to) * Develop meaningful commercial and clinical relationships, following our processes, and generally drive the growth of RespirTech in strategic accounts; * Ensure strategic messaging is clearly conveyed to executive-level customers, and follow clear strategic account engagement guidelines; * Open new markets and drive growth; * Work with the field sales team to coordinate sales activities in key accounts, share ideas and create new business development strategies while ensuring clear and frequent communications within the company; these efforts should guide sales team in identifying/qualifying strategic accounts; * Build a network of executive relationships across our industry, community and business groups with key partners and customers; * Oversee Strategic Account targeting campaigns, understand the objectives and relevance while communicating effectively with the sales team and internal operations, ensuring that all involved know their roles in successful campaigns; * Demonstrate strong critical analysis and planning skills in reviewing data and market intelligence, understand trends, prepare and communicate applicable plans; * Work closely with all internal teams to assure maximum support, leverage an effective problem resolution for customer issues or concerns You are a part of a team The Strategic Accounts Sales Team for RespirTech. You will report to the Sales Director for Strategic Accounts. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience * BS/BA, or equivalent experience * Six years minimum of successful sales experience with proven results – hospital respiratory experience preferred * Experience in managing strategic healthcare accounts * Experience in delivering key account marketing plans and delivering presentations that are consistent with overall marketing messages and highlight clinical outcomes and economic benefits of medical devices for senior buyers and C- or D-level healthcare provider executives * Experienced in roles in firms that deliver products/services in the life sciences arena * Direct selling experience and regional sales management experience * Experience with national GPOs and distributors, including major IDN's * Ability to formulate and articulate a strategic approach to sales and marketing that can take advantage of evolutions in the marketplace * Able to travel on a regular basis In return, we offer you We offer you a dynamic working environment in an innovative business, which offers you excellent opportunities to further develop and fully exploit your talents.
