    In this role, you will identify and develop new sales opportunities, provides product solutions, ensures customer satisfaction, and maintains positive ongoing relationships to maximize sales for the company. Introduces company products and services to new and/or existing customers. Responsible for the implementation of strategic and tactical sales account plans. Develops and maintains accurate sales and/or revenue forecasts and management of quota funnels.

  • Grow new revenue with the Enterprise group within the customer by identifying new needs

  • Partner with Customer Success on sales efforts

  • Own the new business motion on a day-to-day basis

  • Sourcing and closing partnerships necessary to improve or deliver new programs and management of existing partnerships.

  • Partner with product management, engineering, and operations to advance offerings through market intelligence and being the voice of the customer

  • Ability to Grow New Revenue Streams

Growth business will be sourced from current accounts. With the Lumen customer success team managing the base and existing revenue streams, this position will be responsible for new business, and finding additional needs that leads to new business. They will also partner with the Customer Success team with the more analytical nature of new deals that come through the pipeline.

  • Necessary Technical Skills & Experience:*

  • 7-10 years of account management and partnership development experience in a high-tech environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to find new opportunities, position them and bid them in an unsolicited way
