Manage Client Projects and or serve as the single point of contact and account leader for regional, national, or global client account(s) with high-touch relationship development and maintenance including continuous and ongoing interactions directly with client representatives and client's internal customers or other project stakeholders both in person and remote. Serve as the account PMO (Project Management Office) SME for the account. Manage delivery of concurrent multiple account projects across a wide geography as a program through either internal "designated" JLL account team resources, variable markets-based professionals or a combination of both, to deliver high-quality project management services while obtaining superior client service feedback. Responsible for successful delivery of services, measured performance, resource management and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver Client Satisfaction

  • Work with Manager to execute the strategy of the account plan ensuring continuous alignment with the client objectives and interests

  • Ensure a consistent, positive, productive and team oriented culture is maintained that aligns with Firm's principles

  • Drive the account plan to deliver high quality measurable results which exceed the client's expectations and Firm goals and objectives

  • As the SPOC for account(s), deliver projects through local markets resources, and client project resources and leverage experts within the broader organization, to ensure exceptional results are delivered to the client, exceeding key performance indicators

  • Proactively solicit and respond to feedback and input from client

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain confidence, trust and respect in members of the client, the account team and the Firm

  • Implement firm best practices and opportunities to improve service delivery and benefit to Client

  • Maintain an evergreen and always improving approach to day-to-day operations, procedures and service delivery methodologies used on account inclusive of practicing JLLs continuous improvement process

  • At times serve in a SME role supporting account leads and manager with activities related to starting up new accounts or restructuring existing accounts, lead the implementation of existing new or improved account service delivery procedures, updating account play-books and data warehousing technology ensuring alignment with Client goals and objectives, KPIs and JLL best practices

Contribute to Account / Firm Financial Results

  • Manages account financials to ensure plan is met or exceeded in both growth and profitability

  • Retain all current business lines and expand the book of business with the client to extend beyond existing product lines or geography

  • Mitigate risk for the organization by ensuring A/R is maintained below 60 days payable

Contribute to the Growth of the Firm

  • Recognize opportunities for account growth, then articulate the value proposition and ensures its implementation across the platform

  • Become a reference for best-in-class service delivery that can be leveraged to expand JLL's business

  • Bring to the organization any leading practices and/or innovations developed on the account to the Firm

  • Identify opportunities both on account and within professional network to generate additional revenue - engaging the right cross-functional resources to win

  • Become internal reference for best-in-class service delivery that can be leveraged to expand

  • Partner with manager and peer Account Leaders to ensure consistency where such benefits the Firm and Clients as well as contribute to the continued improvement, growth and evolution of the overall IPS Markets Team

  • Produce and present an annual Account Plan and related client business plan to include key objectives; client satisfaction results; summary of value add activities; and outlines growth/expansion opportunities to achieve.

  • Understand the fundamentals of the outsourcing business and the real estate industry

  • Facilitate and ensure comprehensive, periodic, and formal business reviews are conducted with the client

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in addition to a broad range of business experience acquired through previous work experience

  • MBA or similar post-graduate studies highly desired

  • LEED, AIA, PE, PMP preferred

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
