With over 1 million accounts, Vivint Smart Home has become the leading security and smart home provider in North America. As a Creation and Services specialist, you would be the first source of contact and primary communication liaison for field agents as they establish new customer accounts. We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude who are detail oriented and articulate. You will be expected to maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling important customer information.

Answer inbound calls from Vivint Smart Home representatives and technicians and assist them in creating accounts for our customers
Learn scripted calls that will help simplify the customer's onboarding process
Complete scripted surveys with customers to verify information and offers as their account is created
Speak with Technicians on site, help them with service tickets and equipment fixes
Accurately record information given by the sales representatives and technicians
Answer incoming calls from customers concerning billing support issues and inquiries in a professional, polite, and courteous manner
Walk customers through billing issues and concerns and provide suggested solutions and resolutions to questions and problems
Accurately document and update records in required systems
Maintain diplomacy when addressing escalated matters
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Ability to get licensed for the Utah Burglar Alarm Systems
Ability to successfully pass background check
Passion for providing quality customer service
Proficient communication skills (verbal and written)
Must be able to multi-task while using different internal programs
Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
Ability to work in a team-fostered environment
Previous Customer Service experience is a plus
Previous Call Center experience is a plus
