Summary of Position:

The Account Coordinator position is a support role responsible for assisting their team in the day to day. The Account Coordinator will utilize the application of processes, skills, knowledge, and collaboration to aid the Account Executive in achieving specific project objectives according to the project criteria. Account Coordinators are highly organized and have a desire to lean into their role and grow.

Key Responsibilities and Attributes:

  • Grow and develop strong internal & cross functional relationships

  • Support an assigned team/business unit of Account Executives, Account Specialists, and Account Supervisors and acting as a backup for a program.

  • Learn existing procedures and spend specific best practices to hone project management skills and work along defined career path to achieve Account Executive role

  • Assist Aid in the establishment and development of new processes/procedures

  • Assist team on large-scale initiatives

  • Be supported in independent decision-making and risk taking

  • Preferred, but not required: Bachelor's in business or Communication from four-year college or university (emphasis in marketing or management); or Minimum 18 months of applicable business or promotion management experience

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals as well as operate internal online systems

  • Ability to craft routine reports and correspondence

  • Ability to continuously mentor, grow and work harmoniously as part of a larger team

  • Ability to successfully manage and find solutions for complex and unexpected situations.

Here's to the world ahead.</p><p>Graebel Commercial Services, Inc. is seeking an Account Coordinator to have an overall understanding of Commercial services, including proposals, data entry, reporting requirements, invoicing and billing processes as well as commercial claims in order to provide administrative support for the front line team managing our clients and their service needs.</p><p>PRIMARY DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><ul><li><p>Assist to qualify new clients via credit application and other corporate required documentation through SFDC or other GCS technology</p></li><li><p>Assist to gather information needed to complete final pricing from all project related vendors; Input orders into all required databases and update as required</p></li><li><p>Responsible for documentation compliancy such as, COI's, purchase orders, change orders, punch lists, delivery receipts, warehousing weights, shipping/receiving instructions and signed verification of completion of services</p></li><li><p>Review, complete and process all required documentation and close out each assigned project</p></li><li><p>Understand and assist in the Claims process if required</p></li><li><p>Create any required PO's for all service providers</p></li><li><p>Provide support by communicating information to vendors and clients</p></li><li><p>Assists all project/account involved GCS Managers with ensuring execution of project documentation requirements for auditing purposes</p></li><li><p>Prepare and execute all required project material, including preparing move packages inclusive of printing move placards, move labels, floor plans, move documents, etc</p></li></ul><p>Required Skills</p><ul><li><p>Intermediate skills in data entry and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite</p></li><li><p>Must demonstrate the ability to multi-task and meet high-demand deadlines while providing superior customer service</p></li><li><p>Performs other related essential duties as assigned or requested</p></li></ul><p>Required Experience</p><ul><li>High school or equivalent.
