We are seeking an experienced Account Coordinator/Sales Administrator to join our Account Services Team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory. Must have a proven track record working for a real company. Finally - You must take your work very seriously and yourself NOT so much!

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients on lead times and order updates.

  • Work on NEW Client Programs and Program updates

  • Inter-Departmental Communications

  • Preparation for client meetings, sample presentations, trade shows

  • Account Troubleshooting

Required Experience

  • Minimum 3+years previous work experience in a similar type environment

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
