Job Overview:
TMA is looking for an Account Coordinator in our Chicago, IL office (hybrid) with expertise in integrated brand and social media marketing to join our agency. The Account Coordinator will be the critical link between teams- Account, Strategy, Creative and clients.
This role is the glue that holds the Account team together- juggling multiple projects at once while ensuring deliverables are met and budgets maintained. Part creative, part project manager, this Account role is ultimately a problem solver at heart that keeps everything running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Act as day-to-day contact for key client team members, internal teams, and agency partners
Participate in client planning and develop strategies that bring client objectives to life
Interpret critical insights and research that will drive agency creative efforts
Leverage deep social media understanding into effective social-first content, campaigns, and influencer partnerships
Support on creative briefs and reporting that communicate client objectives and directions to internal team members
Interact with key internal/external players to develop/maintain timelines and client budgets
Participate in client presentations and development of client POVs
Mobilize and motivate internal and external teams to bring client objectives to life while ensuring collaboration, communication, trust, efficiency and quality of the work
Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans across
Develop understanding and application of measurement and insights
Qualifications:
Integrated brand marketing experience
1 year of client facing/account management experience in an agency environment, ideally within the business-to-consumer service industry space
Strong understanding of social media and influencer marketing, ideally with experience
Exceptional management, communication and diplomacy skills
Ability to develop excellent working relationship with all internal and external partners
Has a dedicated work ethic and displays a thorough attention to detail
Demonstrates ability to manage multiple assignments and to deliver projects on schedule, on brand, and on budget
Ability to work proactively and autonomously in critical situations
Computer proficiency including Microsoft suite of product
