Orbit, located in North Salt Lake, UT (10 minutes north of downtown Salt Lake City), is looking for a full-time Account Coordinator. Why should you come work at Orbit? A Day in the Life of the Account Coordinator
The Account Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that Orbit is meeting and exceeding customer expectations. They will provide subject matter expertise on all aspects of customers' requirements for assigned accounts, will translate customer requests and feedback from many teams (Sales, Product Management, Operations, and Purchasing teams) into a cohesive strategy to prioritize, and will deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What are the requirements for this position?
Bachelor's degree in Business from an accredited university or 3+ years of equivalent experience
3-5 years in customer service or sales support (interfacing daily with customers related to specific account requirements)
Experience in managing large account $/unit volumes, handling multiple accounts, and analyzing data
Experience in managing multi-departmental projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Experience with SQL

Job Responsibilities:
Partners with Sales, Product Management, Operations, Accounting, and Purchasing to drive customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey
Provides thought leadership in sales strategy while interpreting customer (internal/external) needs and requirements
Partners with external customers, supply chain, and internal customers to receive and apply feedback.
In collaboration with Sales, analyzes sales trends and identify customer needs to create data driven, actionable insights for sales teams
Plays a supporting role in continuously improving operations through technology and automation. Apply insight and action against performance metrics/trends.
Successfully assists in the integration of acquisition companies into a culture of customer first
Owns the overall relationship with assigned accounts, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, and high levels of customer satisfaction
Serves as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them
Takes incoming calls regarding Sales Operations and answer related inquiries
Proactively communicates with the assigned account's logistic staff, with Orbit's sales managers, and with all Orbit departments on all logistic and order issues
Provides solutions to all issues related to logistic report cards and/or letters
Reviews the customer journey, identifying how it's supported, taking a proactive approach in overcoming issues and achieving goals.
Facilitates interaction and workflow between project team members to ensure deliverables are on time
Ensures that all applicable reports are being completed, analyzed, and acted upon, as assigned
Reviews and analyzes forecasts, fill rate, and sales reports
