ACCOUNT COORDINATOR | LAUNCH TEAM

SOCIALDEALER is looking for a talented individual with social advertising experience. As an Account Coordinator on the SOCIALDEALER Launch Team, you will work closely with Account Manager(s) to ensure timely implementation and launch of new client accounts. You will develop and maintain a working-level understanding of the automotive industry, company culture, products, services, strategic communication planning, and integrated marketing strategies. You are highly organized, task and detail-oriented, motivated, articulate, flexible, and capable of working under pressure. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attain working knowledge of SOCIALDEALERs processes, social media strategies, and our technology platforms

  • Maintain constant communication with Account Teams on all client launch timelines and in-process status using internal processes

  • Troubleshoot the technical setup of social profile connections

  • Oversee the technical execution and setup of social campaigns

  • Maintain communication with industry partners for proper execution of campaign launches

  • Know your Client! Learn, and maintain, knowledge of Client Accounts

  • Be a student of the Industry! Hone your understanding of the automotive industry, company culture, products, services, strategic communication planning, and integrated marketing strategies

  • Exercise proactive daily communications in a professional and efficient manner, with both colleagues and clients

  • Continually seek ways to add value to the Client relationship

  • Support Account Management team with additional tasks, as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications or related field

  • A minimum of 1-2 years professional experience

  • Paid digital advertising agency experience, preferred

  • Experience working with the back-end of social media profiles (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and websites, highly preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Extremely organized, task and detailed-oriented

  • Must be a critical thinker

  • Exceptional communication skills; demonstrated ability to write, listen and articulate in a clear, concise and professional manner

  • Demonstrated ability to proactively take ownership of projects

  • Ability to establish priorities and objectives

  • Must be flexible in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

  • Must maintain focus and constructive behavior under pressure

COMPENSATION

Competitive compensation commensurate on experience, as well as participation in company benefit offerings including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and wellness. This is a full-time, onsite, salaried position located in Herndon, VA. Local candidates only please, no relocation assistance provided.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE As an Account Executive on the Onboarding Team, you must possess superior communication and organization skills and have working knowledge of Agency-Client relationships and processes. You work closely with the Account Manager to ensure timely deliverables. You will develop and maintain a working-level understanding of the automotive industry, company culture, products, services, strategic communication planning, and integrated marketing strategies. Your academic and professional experience has instilled a sense of urgency without compromising the integrity of results. Ideal Candidate Background and Attributes: You understand integrated marketing strategies, including traditional and media. You understand the urgency of deadline. You continually strive to meet or exceed expectations in all aspects of your role, from supporting client accounts to proactively contributing and collaborating with the team. You have a solid understanding of digital marketing. You have experience and working knowledge of the Automotive Dealership Industry (Tier 3), In-House Dealership Marketing and/or Automotive Advertising/Agency (preferred). RESPONSIBILITIES: * Attain working knowledge of Team Velocitys agency processes, account management, integrated strategies, and our proprietary technology platform, Apollo® * Ambassador to the client. Manages client deliverables and programs ensuring onboarding tasks are clearly communicated and executed * Host and facilitate phone and web conferences with clients to present execute onboarding tasks * Maintain constant communication with all departments regarding deliverables status and current work-in-progress using internal processes * Assist with resolving Client questions and needs in a timely manner * Update and maintain our HubSpot Management Tool * Work ahead on client deliverables; what you know in advance, do in advance ADDITIONAL DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Be a student of the Industry!
