HALO is looking for an Account Coordinator to provide administrative support to assigned Account Executives(AEs) by sourcing items that fit the need of the AE or client, preparing preliminary sales materials, organizing presentations, obtaining pricing and submitting orders.

Responsibilities

  • Organize client presentations, including product research & recommendation; virtual samples; creation, printing & distribution of flyers or mailers; and obtaining pricing with direction or approval from AE

  • Communicate extensively with manufacturers and clients via phone and email

  • Prepare quotes for customers

  • Coordinate the ordering and return of samples for client presentations

  • Enter sales orders via the Company's proprietary WebStar system

  • Coordinate the client's review and approval of proofs

  • Other duties as assigned based on business requirements and/or AE preference

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Associate's degree strongly preferred

  • 1+ years of sales or administrative support experience required

  • Prior promotional products industry experience preferred

Required Skills

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Software applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Above-average 10 key and typing skills

  • Effective problem-solving capabilities

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both oral and written form

  • Efficient time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure, on multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Possess and project a positive, professional attitude through outstanding interpersonal skills

  • Must be a flexible, enthusiastic and creative team player who is able to work overtime when required
