Ideally, you will have knowledge of the digital advertising world learned through past college coursework, internships, or prior positions you have held.

Responsibilities
As a key contributor to the sales team, core responsibilities of an Account Coordinator include:
Supporting digital sales efforts by providing outstanding customer service to clients & agencies
Maintaining sales/client files and databases
Revenue tracking for forecasting
Conducting analyses on competition
Facilitating ad production
Managing sales projects
Campaign Management
Developing presentations, insertion orders, and statements of work
Providing general administrative and office support
Qualifications
Top-notch organizational, time management and oral/written communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel and Power Point
Possesses a high degree of professionalism and an eye for detail
Sales support experience as well as salesforce.com is a plus
Familiarity working with Agencies a plus

Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process taking into account the experience, education, certifications and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated team members, as well as employer-verified region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner. At IDG, Inc., we are committed to fair and equitable pay practices. Expected salary, dependent upon experience and location is between $50,000 to $60,000 which includes base and bonus (if applicable).
