THE OPPORTUNITY

Fisher Phillips, an award-winning international employment and labor law firm is seeking a full-time Account Coordinator to support the needs of the firm. In this role, the Account Coordinator will report directly to the Manager of Client Relationships and is mainly responsible for supporting the collection effort of our complex insurance carrier relationships.

This position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, daily review of our clients with insurance relationships, monitoring aged receivables and employing best practices to consistently implement our EPLI collection strategies through written and verbal communications. This position will utilize workflow and quality control techniques to execute assigned tasks. This role will work in conjunction with another Account Coordinator to assist in EPLI collection efforts along with supporting ancillary processes that link the Aderant, BillBlast and ARCs systems to monitor identified EPLI and PEO clients.
