POSITION SUMMARY: This is a Sales support position responsible for providing direct support to all assigned Account Executives.

This position will support the Account Executive in the interpretation of all contractual requirements of the Master Distribution Agreement by maintaining contact with the customers, implementing and reviewing pricing agreements, and coordinating with the various departments with the base Company, other Companies within the organization and/or corporate. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support Account Executive: Customer Inquiries (special orders, credits, transportation/truck, item issues, pick-up request), Manage outs, Monitor orders before cut-off, Tracking's, Manage Proprietary items (MUPA), 360 support RVP Tasks:

Order Guide creation/Chart maintenance, New Item Requests/Limited Time Offers request to merchandising, New account set- up, coordinating with SBS Manage and support Local Contract Customer Lead House: Order Guide Management, Inventory Reporting, etc. Business Development:

Scheduling visits, Menu Reviews, New Items/Samples/Broker Visits, Market Analysis/Trends Customer Onboarding/Training/Account Set Up QUALIFICATIONS:

Basic Qualifications:
3+ year prior outside foodservice sales coordination or customer support experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred 3+ years prior foodservice sales, B2B experience, restaurant management or culinary background Education and / or Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent Professional

Skills:
Excellent organizational and project management skills, including the ability to service multiple customers simultaneously; Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Expert in Microsoft Suite of applications (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.) Stay current on existing and new Sysco technologies (i.e. My Sysco Reporting, e-Commerce capabilities, etc.) to ensure customers have the latest information.

Preferred: Demonstrated experience with and working knowledge of Sysco customers and sales support best practices Ability to tactfully interact with coworkers/customers, meet deadlines Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The new Procure-to-Pay (P2P) application (Ariba) will become the transactional system for over two thirds of all purchases. Once fully implemented, this system will process an estimated 1 million transactions annually accounting for over $1 billion in purchases and manage a supply chain of 30,000+ suppliers. The Contract Coordinator monitors and maintains contracts through the Ariba Contract Management System and the Procure-to-Pay platform. The Contract Coordinator uploads relevant contract information into both systems, monitors/reports contract compliance and maintains required process documentation. The Contract Coordinator may also conducts certain contracting functions if delegated by a Category Director/Manager with the proper coaching and direction. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills • 1-3 years in supply chain, operations, or business • Demonstrated teamwork and team leadership capabilities • Excellent project management skills including project planning, time management, multitasking, critical path definition • Proficient using the Microsoft Professional Suite • Experience using purchasing systems. Ariba P2P & Contract Pro experience is preferred • Must present a well-groomed appearance Education • BA Preferred Critical Skills • Understand and support Category strategies based on data, demand, and market • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data in Excel using pivot tables and various other key Excel functions to analyze, organize and present data • Ability to synthesize data, draw conclusion, and make recommendations based on understanding objectives and requirements • Work with Business Owners to clearly document business requirements • Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
