What we're looking for:

The Account Coordinator position is a cornerstone role on Continuum Media's Ad Services team, critical to the success of Continuum's sales initiatives. We are looking for an individual who thrives within a team environment, while also self-sufficient to perform with minimal supervision. This person will be able to utilize their communication, analytical, and organizational skills to manage several accounts for multiple Account Executives, while supporting the planning teams and other departments as needed.

• 0-2 years' experience in advertising
• Candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, organized, and a dedicated team player
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills
• Comfortable interacting with partners and clients
• Must be proficient in all Microsoft office properties with an emphasis on Excel
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and team player
• Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Account Coordinator Lead, the Account Coordinator position is responsible for providing support to Ad Sales team and across all internal operations teams. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage the day-to-day maintenance of an assigned account list
• Communicate both internally across all teams along and externally with clients and partners
• Learn and master the use of our proprietary tools
• Assist Planning teams
• Confirm and execute client orders
• Prepare weekly post log reports and final campaign posts
• Deliver timely reporting to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaign analysis and optimization
• Become an expert in the entire sales and operations processes
• Act as a liaison between sales, planning, traffic, accounting, and our clients and partners
• Work with the business intelligence team on specific client requests
• Other responsibilities as required (we're a small company - we all pitch in and get things done!)
