As CARE seeks to deliver more strategic and often external-facing corporate partnerships, we need to staff the corporate partnerships team to prepare for increasingly complex engagements, including multiple geographic locations for program implementation; requirements for support from CARE's digital, marketing and events teams; and the need to engage consumers and employees globally and in the U.S. market.
The Account Coordinator - will support the needs of one of CARE's largest corporate partners to ensure consistently strong project execution, coordination of internal and external resources, and satisfaction of contracted deliverables. S/he will assume an internal coordination and accountability role, relieving Relationship Manager(s) of internal-facing tasks so that they can focus on building/strengthening the partnership. S/he will coordinate closely with the Grants Coordination team, which will retain responsibility for the development of budgets, administration of grants and monitoring and reporting of financial performance.
Serve as internal account liaison to optimize quality of service, partner ROI, and customer satisfaction
Support creation of annual partnership plan and lead reporting.
Contribute creative thinking to partnership renewal, with the goal of expansion and enhancement.
Other responsibilities as assigned
College degree in communications, marketing, or public relations, or commensurate work experience.
Experience supporting marketing and communications efforts.
Experience in project management.
Strong presentation skills, particularly visual.
Experience coordinating internal teams and working in a matrixed environment to achieve goals.
3-5 years of related experience (mandatory) #LI-TT1
