The Account Analyst, Sales -Beer will work with the National Account Mangers and Sales Management Team to support sales activities for the AB-InBev account. In this newly created role, the team will look to the Account Analyst to manage the day-to-day account activities and support the established best practices. As the Account Analyst, your responsibilities would include data analysis, sales forecasting, sales reporting, inventory management, freight analysis, dunnage administration with the goal to optimize account performance and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have extensive Business Analysis experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and fun environment.
Track and analyze key metrics related to the management of the AB-InBev account.
Own the AB-InBev forecasting activities including package runouts. Analyze customer forecasts to ensure accuracy and work closely with AB-InBev contacts improve forecast accuracy and compliance.
Collect, consolidate and generate weekly sales, inventory, and repack reports and roll up each week's numbers to Sales Management.
Establish and administer the re-pack process to ensure timely completion and reporting.
Analyze inventory levels and work with Production Planning to ensure that product is produced and in the correct location to service the account in the most cost-effective manner.
Compile key pieces of information related to performance against sales objectives to be reviewed by Management.
Proactively analyzes account data and reports on key findings to sales leadership.
Develop presentations that analyze sales, inventory, forecasts, repacks and dunnage.
Reporting and analysis for the Sales department, including: executive reporting of
sales and key metrics.
Implements and manages reports and dashboards ensuring National Account Managers and Sales Management have access to key data required to successfully manage the business.
Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and external intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed
3-plus years in a Business Analyst or similar role; management.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing or related degree.
Microsoft Excel "Superuser"
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
SAP / APO Knowledge
