Position Summary:

As a member of the Customer Success team, the Account Analyst supports the operational use of Brain's fleet of robots at Walmart. A successful team member will demonstrate the benefits of using autonomous robots to clients and suggest scalable solutions that grow utilization across Walmart stores. A strong candidate will have strength in data/analytics, a process engineering mindset, and a passion for serving clients.

This role is expected to spend time in stores learning from associates (end users) and applying those learnings for chain-wide execution. This role will use WMT/Brain data to discover trends and insights related to utilization. In addition to spending time in stores, this role will also support key clients at the corporate office (directly or in partnership with another Brain team member).

Essential Job Functions:

  • Proactively monitor data that is collected from field robot operations.

  • Support Pilot Programs and internal Brain Corp projects.

  • Follow through on technical and non-technical actions that are identified through the robot fleet monitoring (including communication, training, and support).

  • Prepare and deliver internal/external reports as needed/requested.

  • Take the necessary actions to respond to collected data to include triage of problems, escalate and track problems, and contact customer sites and personnel as needed.

  • Be able to independently resolve common technical issues that have been trained on.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience working with Walmart, Sam's Club, or another retailer in a technical or customer service role.

  • Experience with SQL (GCP BigQuery preferred) and BI Tools (Tableau, Grafana, or PowerBI preferred).

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics:

  • A passion for working with data and technical products to create business value.

  • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft and Google G-suite applications.

  • Reliability, dependability, and flexibility with changing customer requirements is required.

  • Must be a self-starter and detail oriented.

Things that make a difference:

  • Knowledge of Retail Link, Luminate, and other retailer data platforms is a plus.

  • Knowledge of Python and other technical programming languages

  • Jira, ZenDesk, and Confluence are a plus but not required.

  • Ability to speak a foreign language is a plus but is not required.

Work Environment:

The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. Employees are exposed to the typical office environment with computers, printers and telephones.

Salary Range:

The anticipated salary range is $65,000 to $82,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc.
